This ghoulish creation is not a Halloween topper made too early, in fact, it’s a competition entry I submitted to try and win a pair of Nixxi Rose shoes!
Nixxi Rose may not be that well known in the fashion industry and you’re not likely to find a pair of her horror shoes for sale in Selfridges (well not just yet anyway), but the designer is fast becoming an internet sensation.
She specialises in creating gory shoes, jewellery and accessories and I am a huge fan, so much so that I entered a competition she ran on Facebook to try and win a pair. The entry had to be a zombified version of yourself, so I thought what better way than to use my topper making talents and creating a Zombie bride version of myself!
Although my entry didn’t win (it was based on Facebook likes and the girl who won had a LOT of friends), I still had great fun making the topper and it’s given me some great ideas for Halloween toppers and hopefully you too!
